Programs for Adults
In addition to presenting exhibitions, the Museum plays an integral
role in the cultural life of its communities by offering lectures
and symposia by noted artists and scholars; tours of private collections,
special events; community festivals; free summer jazz concerts;
and volunteer opportunities.

Docent Training
Museum volunteers are invited to attend the Museum's docent training
sessions, whether or not they plan to docent. It's a great way
to learn about art and get a sneak preview of upcoming exhibitions.

Museum Travels
Educational trips require a minimum of 20 participants. For more

Artists Association-KMAA
The many artists living in the area represent an important constituency
for the Museum. A very active Katonah Museum Artists Association
offers lectures, workshops, and other events of special interest
to its more than 300 members. The Museum also presents tri-state
juried exhibitions, selecting outstanding curators to serve as
jurors.
